Dear Friends,
Independence Day honors the birthday of the United States of America and the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. It's a day of picnics and patriotic parades, a night of concerts and fireworks, and a reason to fly the American flag. But as the parents of a young man serving his country in war, it is much more. We as American’s value freedom and will fight to give this gift to those around the world. Whatever your thoughts or politics, we know how precious freedom is. Pray for those that are also fighting for this right. They are voluntarily willing to give their lives for their country. Enjoy the holiday and remember that freedom isn’t free.
